Ready to Rise Curriculum Overview

This is a program designed on the Way of Inanna - listening to your inner wisdom, going within, releasing the imprints of hustle culture that have you striving, pushing, and overcommitting - and reclaiming your inner authority, your influential voice, and your magnetic Presence. The focus of this curriculum is on recognizing how you are embracing hustle culture imprints - and consciously letting them go, then replacing them with the nurturing and empowering Divine Feminine elements that have been buried inside you asking to emerge.

You will pass through the Seven Gates of Sovereign Coherence to dismantle the cultural imprints causing over-functioning, reactivity, proving, striving, stress, and overwhelm and releasing them to create space for the Divine Feminine model of leadership that is calling you forward. In passing through these Gates, you will re-architect your inner landscape and reclaim the inner authority that is being smothered by external expectations. You will emerge from the journey with the awareness, the tools, and the embodied Divine Feminine Leadership energetic coherence that provides greater capacity, greater vision, and results in a greater impact in the world.

What you will Experience, month by month:

Month 1: Unveiling the Inner Landscape
Recognizing and understanding the subtle and overt influences of patriarchal conditioning and hustle culture on one's professional life and leadership expression. This month focuses on building self-awareness regarding internalized patterns and their energetic roots in order to release and repattern them so you can lead from your undeniable presence instead of your conditioning or insecurities.

Month 2: Reclaiming Your Authentic Power
Moving from unconscious reactivity to conscious choice by acknowledging and releasing protective personas and suppressed emotions. This month focuses on developing emotional literacy, energetic awareness, and the authentic self-expression of your will and desires. Consciously releasing the hustle culture imprints that are driving your current leadership identity.

Month 3: Releasing Imprints and Creating Inner Safety and Regulation
Shifting from external validation to inner coherence, trusting one's inner wisdom, and cultivating the inner safety to be able to lead from a place of authentic power and stability. This month focuses on developing body wisdom, creating safety in your nervous system, cultivating self-trust, and expanding your energetic capacity - the foundations for your authentic energy of Presence.

Month 4: Conscious Creation
You are Becoming the Master Creator. You will gain the clarity and awareness of your Master Creator capability. You will learn how to create with Purposeful alignment, Clarity and Intention, releasing the need to over-perform, do it all, be in the locus of control, and other patterns that are limiting you. Exercising Discernment and recognizing if you have begun to slip back into creating what you don’t want. In this awareness, knowing how to recalibrate in-the-moment.

Month 5: Cultivating and Anchoring Your Inner Authority
Anchoring into your Agency, gaining clarity on what you want and why you want it, establishing your boundaries and non-negotiables. Becoming comfortable “taking up space,” and asking what you want or sharing your perspective or expertise, visibly. No more “playing small!”

Month 6: Heart-Mind Coherence
Connecting to where your Heart lies in passion, purpose, and prosperity. How to get out of your head and become Guided by your Heart. Learning “heart breathing” to come into mind-heart coherence. Re-patterning heart-centered relationship and exercising openness in relationship dynamics. Developing Resilience and Self Agency. Introduction to the Path of the Rose Mystery School teachings and how to embody them as a Divine Feminine Leader.

Month 7: Reclaiming Your Voice and Authentic Power
Speaking with authority, authenticity, clarity, and grace. Whether negotiating, influencing, addressing conflict, setting boundaries, or leading from a stage—your voice becomes a transmission of power.

Month 8: Holding Your Clarity of Vision
Integrating intuition and intellect to cultivate whole-brain thinking that fosters visionary leadership, creative problem-solving, and greater clarity. By aligning thoughts, emotions, and actions with higher states of consciousness, greater expansiveness is experienced and more can be accomplished without burn-out. This month focuses on expanding consciousness, cultivating magnetism, fostering inner coherence, and leading with vision.

Month 9: Standing Unshakeable in Your Power: Sacred Service with Global Impact
Applying embodied wisdom and unwavering inner authority to create meaningful impact in the world, fostering conscious leadership and collective well-being. Integrating everything you’ve learned into a Leadership Presence that is energetically coherent: calm, clear, and impossible to ignore. This month focuses on outward leadership expression and your unique contribution in Sacred Service to others and the world.
