Your Free Inner Authority Audit ebook is here!

Welcome to Your First Step to Reclaiming Your Inner Power!

The Inner Authority Audit™ helps you notice where access to your Inner Authority is readily available—and where old adaptive patterns may still be organizing your choices from the outside in.

As you complete it, notice what gets your attention: a surprising score, a familiar pattern, a body response, resistance, or a question you can't immediately answer.

You don't have to change the pattern yet. First, you need to see it clearly.

The Audit will guide you through 20 reflective statements across four areas of your lived experience: Inner State, Boundaries & Self-Loyalty, Energy & Conscious Participation, and Authentic Expression & Identity. Your results will help you recognize where you readily reference and trust yourself—and where approval, uncertainty, expectation, belonging, responsibility, urgency, role, or identity may be exerting more influence than you realized.

You can complete the assessment in about 15 minutes, but your score is only part of the experience. Pay attention to what happens as you answer. A hesitation, emotion, memory, body sensation, internal argument, or immediate “yes—that's me” may tell you something worth noticing. Your goal is not to achieve a high score. It is to become more aware of what may be organizing you now.

As You Move through the audit, you’ll:

  • See Where Your Inner Authority Is Most—and Least—Available — Explore four dimensions of your experience to notice where you readily trust and reference yourself and where adaptive patterns may be constraining that access.

  • Identify Your Primary Power Leak(s) — Recognize whether Mental, Relational, Energetic, or Identity & Expression patterns appear most active for you right now.

  • Notice What May Be Organizing You From the Outside In — Begin seeing where approval, expectations, uncertainty, belonging, responsibility, urgency, role, or identity may be influencing your choices.

  • Practice Awareness Before Trying to Change the Pattern — Use a focused inquiry for your primary Power Leak to observe what is actually presenting rather than immediately trying to fix, reframe, or overcome it.

  • Locate Yourself on the Inner Authority Pathway — Discover the Five Keys of Inner Authority—Awareness, Recognition, Presence, Self-Loyalty, and Sovereignty—and understand why seeing the pattern is the beginning of reclamation, not the end.

Start with Awareness

Take the Audit. Notice what has been organizing you in plain sight. And when you discover a pattern that makes you think, “Yes—but why do I keep doing this when I already know better?”—pay attention.

That's where your next step begins.

WHEN YOU'RE READY TO GO DEEPER

Your Audit helps you see where the pattern is showing up. The next stage of the Inner Authority journey is learning to recognize what may be organizing the pattern, what it has been protecting or preserving, and what is actually asking to be reclaimed. That's the work of The Inner Authority Reclamation Map™.

Awareness: I see the pattern.
Recognition: I understand the pattern.
Presence: I interrupt the pattern.
Self-Loyalty: I remain in relationship with myself and what I Know.
Sovereignty: I lead myself from within.

Your Audit begins with Awareness. Your Reclamation Map takes you into what comes next.
